This bracelet has a 1/4" wide x 3/8" long link with 20 rare earth magnets in 8 1/8" length. It has a magnetic therapy pull strength of 475 grams. Magnetic bracelets are the strongest magnetic therapy for hand (arthritis tendinitis), wrist (arthritis, tendinitis, carpal tunnel), elbow (arthritis, tendinitis) and shoulder (bursitis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder) on the arm they are worn. However magnetic bracelets will often help neck, back and knees. Determine magnetic bracelet size by measuring the circumference and add 3/4 inches.

I have always been a believer in the power of magnetic jewelry. I looked at a lot of bracelets before deciding on Superior Magnetics. When it arrived, I couldn’t wait to put it on. Beautiful and effective
It is very shiny and beautiful. The design and size is just the right size for my small wrist. I have sprain my wrist recently, not serious and has slight pain. The bracelet came just the right time. Put it on and after about 1/2 hour, the pain is gone. It is just amazing...

Bracelet looks GREAT!
I've had other, cheaper magnetic bracelets and know what they can do for my arthritis. This is the first one I've had that I like to show off. It doesn't look like a magnetic bracelet. I get compliments on it almost every time I wear it. I would recommend this bracelet to all, especially if you have a severe form or rheumatoid arthritis.

Absolutely awesome
From taking pain medication three times a day to only occasionally when the atmospheric pressure drops radically I am over the moon. Within minutes of putting on the braclet the burning sensation in my hand had abated. I find it difficult to express just how grateful I am.

Giving the benefit of the doubt
While I haven't had these long enough to tell if they make a difference in my health, I will say that they arrived immediately and they are very attractive and comfortable. It helped to have read the sizing instructions before ordering (added extra length to wrist and kept it steady on the ankle.) Also I thought the ankle bracelet might irritate my leg but it shortly becomes un-noticeable.
